Autoresponder Emails
On Grace Hill’s website, there are a variety of opportunities for customers to request demos of one of their six offered software solutions. Once the customer fills out the demo request form an automated email is then sent to them explaining that a member of the Grace Hill team will contact them shortly.
Before this project, there was one autoresponder for all 6 solutions, including the same messaging and a lack of design. For this project, I redesigned the autoresponder emails, bringing a cohesive and engaging design that better aligns with Grace Hill's branding. The new emails feature customized messaging for each solution and include tailored asset links to encourage customer engagement. By addressing the unique interests of each customer, these autoresponders significantly improve the customer experience. Additionally, the consistent and appealing design of the new emails increases website engagement and enhances brand recognition.
